    Zeste is a brand of sugar-free purified water infused with a touch of natural fruit flavours.

  • Why did you create Zeste?

    Zeste is created to solve the problem of unhealthy sugary beverage consumption. First-world nations like Singapore along with other developing countries around the world are facing a serious problem with early-age diabetes and heart diseases. Excessive food and beverage intake coupled with an unhealthy lifestyle often result in adverse health issues. We want to help consumers move away from sugar-loaded drinks by providing a healthy beverage alternative. That is why we founded Zeste.

  • What are the natural flavours you use for Zeste water?

    Zeste uses a blend of natural flavours extracted from real fruits and/or ingredients derived from nature. Our flavoured water contains no artificial flavourings or preservatives.

  • Is Zeste sugar-free?

    Of course! That is the core of our brand. At Zeste, we don’t sugar-coat our words nor sugar-load our products. We pride ourselves in creating a sugar-free beverage for customers to enjoy a guilt-free and healthy experience. Upon opening a bottle of Zeste water, you will instantly detect a natural fruit aroma as well as a subtle hint of sweetness without any sugar from fruit juices or other sources.

  • Is Zeste gluten-free, vegan, and natural?

    Yes to all!

  • What is the best way to store Zeste?

    Zeste water is best stored in a cool and dry area with ambient temperature, away from direct sunlight.

  • How is Zeste best enjoyed?

    For the best tasting experience, Zeste bottled water is best consumed cold for a refreshing zeste!

  • Where are your products made?

    Our flavoured infused water is produced under the strictest maximum quality control in Taiwan, a premium manufacturing hub. We do everything to ensure that our highly purified water meets the highest quality standards by testing every batch before shipment. Safety is our main priority at our world-class manufacturing facility.

  • What are the nutritional facts of Zeste?

    In short, we're 0 calories, 0 sugar, and 0 everything!

  • Why is Zeste water non-carbonated?

    As most flavoured water in Singapore is carbonated, we created Zeste without bubbles in hopes of serving a gap in the market. From our market research, 95% of our respondents highlighted that they only drink still water. Additionally, we aim to provide people with still water that is infused with fruit flavours so that it can be enjoyed by customers of all ages, from children to teenagers, adults to the elderly. Zeste is truly a healthy drink that is perfect for all.

  • What kind of water is in Zeste?

    Zeste uses water treated to the highest purification method using reverse osmosis.

  • Is your packaging recyclable?

    Our PET bottles and caps are 100% recyclable. We encourage all our customers to recycle and join us in working towards a circular economy.

  • Does your PET bottle contain BPA?

    Absolutely not! Our bottles are 100% BPA-free and safe.

  • Why do you use PET bottles?

    PET is one of the most sustainable packaging materials. It preserves the freshness and increases the shelf life of food and beverage products. It has a lower carbon footprint compared to other packaging alternatives. Light-weight and 100% recyclable, PET is a fully circular solution for the environment when used right and recycled well.

  • Can I purchase Zeste water at any supermarkets or POS outlets?

    As one of the most healthy bottled water brands in Singapore, we’re currently available exclusively online because we believe we can best reach our audience this way. Our online store allows us to provide a convenient one-stop-shop for our customers. We’re working to be listed with a couple of selected retailers, so you can connect with us on social media to stay up-to-date with our news.

Payment, Shipping, & Returns

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards and PayNow!

  • How do you ship?

    Our orders are processed in-house and fulfilled by a local third-party logistics company.

  • How long will it take to ship my order?

    At Zeste, we aim to offer top-notch water delivery service to our customers. Shipping usually takes 2 to 4 business days, with most orders dispatched on the next business day if orders are made before our local cut-off time of 12pm.

  • What is the cost of shipping? Do you offer free water delivery?

    Most of the time, we absorb the cost of shipping. We provide free shipping for every carton of 24 bottles and charge a minimal fee of S$2.99 for every case of 12 bottles. If you’re thinking of purchasing 2 cases of 12 bottles, that would be a carton, and we will ship it for free.

  • Can I track my orders?

    Yes, tracking is available upon request. If you did not receive your water within 4 business days, kindly send us an email at hello@zeste.sg and we will track your items for you!

  • What is your return policy?

    As Zeste water is a beverage, we seek your understanding that we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges or order cancellations, given the nature of food and drink products. We take great care in making sure our water reaches all customers in the best condition. In the unlikely event where your item is damaged during delivery, or if we’ve made a mistake with your order, please feel free to shoot us an email at hello@zeste.sg and we will get it sorted out for you.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently, Zeste is only available in Singapore, but we’re working hard to reach you in other countries!

  • Do you accept self-collection?

    Yes, we accept self-collection by appointment only. Shoot us an email at hello@zeste.sg and we will check our availability and reply to you with the collection date and time after preparation. Cheers!

Subscription & Rewards

  • What is the Zeste subscription?

    Zeste offers a discount to everyone who loves our water and would like to get it delivered regularly every 14, 30, or 60 days. Enjoy up to 10% discount when you subscribe. Your credit card will be automatically billed. You may cancel anytime. Shipping is absolutely free.

  • How can I cancel my Zeste subscription?

    Login to zeste.sg using your login details and go to my account – manage subscriptions.

  • When will I receive my subscription order?

    Subscription orders are processed the next business day after payment is confirmed, and will be delivered in 2 to 4 business days from the subscription date.

  • What is Zeste Rewards?

    Zeste rewards is a loyalty rewards program that allows our supporters to earn points and make redemptions against purchases made on our website. It is our way of thanking our customers for their utmost support!

Social Impact

  • What is PAW?

    Through our PAW (Passionate about Water) initiative, we’re forwarding a portion of our sales proceeds to provide clean water for people in the most vulnerable parts of the world.

  • How do the donations work?

    For every item sold on Zeste’s website, we will donate a portion of the proceeds to Water.org, an international organisation that empowers people living in poverty with access to safe water and sanitation. Every 24 bottles purchased will help provide 2 months of clean water access to one person through a donation to Water.org, while every 12 bottles purchased will help provide 1 month of clean water access for a person in need. The more you purchase, the more we give. Thank you for supporting Zeste in building the community. Together, we can create change.

  • Which Non-profit Organization (NGO) do you partner with?

    We partner with Water.org, an international organisation that empowers people living in poverty with access to safe water and sanitation.
