From our market research, 95% of our respondents highlighted that they only drink still water. Additionally, we aim to provide people with still water that is infused with fruit flavours so that it can be enjoyed by customers of all ages, from children to teenagers, adults to the elderly. Zeste is truly a healthy drink that is perfect for all.

At Zeste, we aim to offer top-notch water delivery service to our customers. Shipping usually takes 2 to 4 business days, with most orders dispatched on the next business day if orders are made before our local cut-off time of 12pm.

Most of the time, we absorb the cost of shipping. We provide free shipping for every carton of 24 bottles and charge a minimal fee of S$2.99 for every case of 12 bottles. If you’re thinking of purchasing 2 cases of 12 bottles, that would be a carton, and we will ship it for free.

Yes, tracking is available upon request. If you did not receive your water within 4 business days, kindly send us an email at hello@zeste.sg and we will track your items for you!

As Zeste water is a beverage, we seek your understanding that we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges or order cancellations, given the nature of food and drink products. We take great care in making sure our water reaches all customers in the best condition. In the unlikely event where your item is damaged during delivery, or if we’ve made a mistake with your order, please feel free to shoot us an email at hello@zeste.sg and we will get it sorted out for you.
