Rewards Policy

Zeste Rewards Program Policy - Terms and Conditions

The Zeste Rewards Program (the “Program”) is organized by Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd., a Singapore registered private limited company with company registration number (UEN) 202016713M. By participating in the Program, all participants shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this rewards policy.

Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to, at its sole and absolute discretion, vary, modify and amend any of these terms and conditions and/or suspend, discontinue or terminate the Program at any time without prior notification, or liability to any party. Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd. assumes no liability for any participant’s activities that may contravene the laws or regulations of his or her place of residence.

Participation is valid only on Zeste.sg and Zeste Reward Points may be earned and redeemed only on the Zeste.sg website. All users who sign up for a customer account on the Zeste.sg website with a registered username and valid password will be enrolled into the Program automatically. Guests who have not signed up for a customer account on the Zeste.sg website will not be enrolled under the Program and consequently are not eligible to earn Reward Points for their purchases. 

Under the Program, and subject to these terms and conditions, existing or new registered customers of Zeste.sg shall be entitled to receive an allocated number of Reward Points for every dollar spent, or for certain activities, as specified under the Zeste Rewards page in the Zeste.sg website. Shipping costs paid are not eligible for earning Reward Points. Program participants must be logged in to their Zeste.sg account to access the rewards widget where you can view, access and redeem Reward Points and discounts.

The accumulated Reward Points can be redeemed for vouchers which can be used to offset the purchase price for select items purchased on the Zeste.sg website. The use of such redeemed vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other discount, vouchers or special offers, unless specified otherwise. Participants can only use one discount for each purchase. Further, Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd. may limit the amount of vouchers / discounts that can be redeemed at any one time.

Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd. reserves absolute discretion to vary the Reward Points earned each dollar spent and / or the monetary value exchangeable for each point, and also forfeit any points users may have in their account. Additionally, Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd reserves the right to terminate, cancel, suspend or modify the Program, as a whole, or for any specific participant in the Program. Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd. also reserves the right to terminate and / or ban participants if it suspects the participant of fraudulent activity to accumulate Reward Points such as (but not limited to) creating multiple Program accounts, fake referrals or misuse of ways to earn Reward Points. In the event of the termination of a user’s participation or the Program in its entirety, Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd. shall bear no liability to participants for unused points or discounts/benefits.

By participating in the Program, participants agree to Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd.’s collection, storage, use, processing, transfer, disclosure and/or reporting (directly or indirectly) to any relevant third party or to its own affiliates, of the participants’ personal data and/or information provided to Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd., including but not limited to, for the purposes of administering the participants’ registration, organizing and promoting the Program, marketing and promotional purposes including without limiting for the purpose of conducting marketing research or market analytical studies on the participants’ consumption patterns by Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd. and/or any relevant third parties; or any purposes which Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd deems fit and appropriate; and the participants further consent and acknowledge that the participants’ personal data and/or information (i) will also be processed in line with Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd.’s privacy policy which can be found in the zeste.sg website; and (ii) may be used in accordance with Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd.’s policies, terms and conditions or notices made available by Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd. from time to time.

Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to determine at its sole and absolute discretion all matters arising out of or in connection with the Program, including the participants’ eligibility and the applicable criteria. Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd.’s determination of all matters relating to this Program shall be final and binding and no appeal or objection on any grounds will be entertained.

Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right (and we will use commercially reasonable efforts) to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions. Additionally, we reserve the right to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

By participating in the Program, participants agree to fully and effectively indemnify, defend and hold harmless Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd. from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, causes of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that the participant may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly, due to or arising out of participation in the Program. These obligations will continue to survive the expiry or termination of the Program.

To the extent permitted by law, Zeste Brands Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable in any way to any participant or any other person for any losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Program, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing Reward Points, any technical breakdown, malfunction or defects, failed delayed or incorrect transactions, lost or unavailable network connections or any notice that is lost or misdirected.
