Shipping and Return Policy

Delivery and Dispatch

Delivery is FREE of charge for orders totalling 24 bottles or more. For deliveries of orders below a total of 24 bottles, a minimal delivery fee of S$2.99 applies.

Zeste’s orders are delivered by a third-party logistics partner. Tracking is available upon request.

Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 business days upon processing, with most orders processed on the next business day if orders are made before our cut-off time at 12pm.

During peak seasons such as the period on or prior to festive occasions, delivery time may take slightly longer than usual. However, we always aim to get your orders to you in a prompt manner.


Islandwide Delivery

Zeste delivers islandwide in Singapore including Tuas and Sentosa, but excluding out of bound locations such as military / police offices & camps, certain government buildings, immigration checkpoints, ports, and prison facilities. Please see the specific list of locations which Zeste do not deliver in the Delivery Locations Exclusions below.


Delivery Location Exclusions

Zeste do not ship outside of Singapore and a number of locations in Singapore that are out-of-bound to delivery, mainly military/police offices & camps, certain government buildings, immigration checkpoints, ports and prison facilities. The specific list of locations which Zeste will not deliver to is in the following list. The information is subject to change without notice. 


Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the food and beverage nature of the product, we regret that we do not accept returns/refunds or exchanges of product.


Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is damaged during delivery or if you have received the wrong order, so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right.

Please email us at hello@zeste.sg detailing the issue, and we aim to either send you a replacement for exchange of the damaged/wrong order or offer you credits of similar value for your next purchase.
